I help brands create authentic content by capturing beauty in everyday moments and celebrating the enduring human spirit.

My career took an unexpected turn after near-death experiences filming in Chad and surviving an IED blast in Afghanistan while embedded with the Green Berets for National Geographic. These moments taught me to slow down, savor life’s quieter aspects, and find beauty in the mundane. As a director and cinematographer in some of the world’s most unforgiving locations, I lead crews through challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities to share stories that unite us.

While I’ve been honored with a Sundance Cinematography Award and worked on several Emmy-winning projects, the most profound beauty I’ve encountered lies in everyday human connection and resilience. From communities uniting in adversity to moments of raw vulnerability, there’s a magic in capturing the strengths that define us.

My wife, Danielle, and I founded Still Life Projects to create short-form content for brands and agencies that resonates deeply with audiences and fosters authentic connections.
