Border Jumpers
The Story
Along the border between destitute Zimbabwe, and prosperous Botswana, a 300-mile, 8-foot high electric fence is being built. Every night, Botswana's armed soldiers try to stop border jumpers from climbing over or cutting through the fence in their desperate search for employment.
"Border Jumpers" tells the story of the conflict from the perspective of the Zimbabweans who are trying to create a better life in Botswana, and the authorities in Botswana who are doing everything in their power to stop them.
